he aim of interventions in this area is to facilitate and develop forums (cohorts) where different actors in the same development field will be supported to come together and consult on root causes and effects of issues affecting their development work, and how best they can support each other to move forward. These kinds of cohorts will also act as a sensor for new challenges and opportunities in their different areas of operation. They will also be a rich source of information for the cohorts and others to draw on and collectively work to influence social change.
