Prudence is an established development practitioner with over 27 years’ post-graduate experience in the public, private and development sector. Prudence was part of the Global Management team of the Parent Danish organization MS-Denmark (Programmes in South America, Asia, Middle East & Africa) for over 8 years and has over the years developed deep insights into Global civil society movements and organizations and their role in development. Prudence has also served on several Boards in Tanzania the most notable ones being the Tanzania Media Foundation and Foundation for Civil Society where he also served as the Board Chairman. Currently Prudence is the Regional Representative for the McKnight. Foundation(USA) for Southern Africa.

Florida is a trained hospitality management professional and administrative assistant. She has over the last 20 years worked as a self- employed entrepreneur managing her own restaurant and recreation centre and a green-house farming enterprise.  Florida is also a community leader and has been part of many self-help women groups. As a Director at CBLI Centre she is responsible for managing the conference facilities and catering services.

Nyantito Machota is an experienced Management and Organization Development Professional with over 18 years of experience in Program/Project Management, Institutional development and delivery of technical assistance solutions in public and private sector as well as Civil Society Organizations in East Africa. He has extensive experience in Financial Management, Grants Management, Strategy, Change Management, Human Centred Innovations, Resource Mobilization, Leadership, Governance, Accountability, Designing and delivering Organizational Learning and Capacity Building interventions in public and private sector. As a professional and development practitioner, he has helped a number of organizations in solving complex business and organizational problems with the right solutions and methodologies. He has delivered a wide-range of developmental trainings and interventions to different institutions in East Africa. He has helped clients solve complex problems through advising them on the right solutions. This involved planning, managing and delivering large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions.  His experience is backed up with a strong educational background in Accounting, Organization Development (OD), and Community Economic Development.  He has Masters of Science in Community Economic Development and Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting (B’COM Accounting).
