About CBLI Centre

CBLI Centre (CBLI) was established and formally incorporated on 31st January 2012 and started business operations in April the same year. The Headquarters of CBLI are in Arusha, Off the Nelson Mandela Road in Arusha. CBLI is registered as a limited company with ownership defined in shareholdings. CBLI is owned by 2 Partners who also form the Board of Directors.

CBLI Centre is inspired by a vision of becoming a capacity building centre of choice in East Africa offering world class services. It strives to be a top professional development institute targeting opportunities and needs in highly critical skills areas in the development, public and the private sector. CBLI Centre also aims to become an innovative force in capacity building and leadership development and transforming poor people’s lives through grant making services.

CBLI Centre will offer civil society organizations (CSOs), public institutions, small business owners, managers and entrepreneurs a reliable, high-quality resource for professional development. Our mission is to support clients to develop the capacity, leadership, strategy, motivation and accountability required to succeed in achieving their objectives.

Over the last five years, CBLI has gained rich experiences providing its services to civil society organizations (CSOs), bilateral development agencies, & multi-lateral development agencies (MDAs), private sector organizations and government agencies across the Eastern & Southern Africa region
