CBLI Centre Limited is a professional development institute of choice in Eastern Africa “empowering organizations to create impact” through offering world-class advisory, consulting and capacity building services. We are an innovative force in capacity building and leadership development and transforming poor people’s lives through targeting opportunities and needs in highly critical skills areas in the development, public and the private sector. CBLI offers Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), public institutions, small business owners, managers and entrepreneurs a reliable, high-quality resource for professional development. We support our clients to develop the capacity, leadership, strategy, motivation, and accountability required to succeed in achieving their objectives. CBLI Centre (CBLI) Headquartered in Arusha was incorporated in 2012 as a limited company with shareholdings. CBLI is owned by 3 Partners who also form the Board of Directors.

Supporting McKnight Foundation in organizing annual community of practice meetings of national and International agricultural researchers. CBLI Centre has managed approximately 1,000,000 US$ for hosting Foundation workshops and meetings in the Region since 2012.

Strengthened Institutional & Organizational Capacity of Tanzania Natural Resources Forum (TNRF) Secretariat under RTI – USAID PROTECT Project in 2019.

Developed 2025 – 2030 Strategic Plan for Legal and Human Rights Centre (LHRC).

Reviewed 2018-2023 Strategy & Developed 2023-2028 Strategy for Ifakara Health Institute.

Developed 2023-2025 DSW Country Strategy and Funding Strategies for Ethiopia, Kenya, & Tanzania.

Developed 2021-2025 Strategic Plan for Foundation for Civil Society (FCS).

Conducted a mid-term review of Shauku programme implemented by Evangelical Lutheran Church of Tanzania in Kagera, Mwanza and Mara Regions in the period 2018-2021 under Danmission (a Danish International NGO).

Carried out a capacity assessment of Kigamboni Community Centre under CRVPF.

Carried out final evaluation of ANSAF 2013-2017 Strategic Plan.

Carried out strategy review for TCRS.

Developed strategic plans for Arusha Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture, Development Partners group in Tanzania (Environment) & Women in Social Entrepreneurship (2013-2016).
